About Us
Our studio follows the authentic classical Pilates method developed by Joseph Pilates. Each session is taught with precise Pilates techniques to safely improve posture, strength, mobility, and overall body awareness. We offer both private, tailor-made sessions and energising group classes designed to meet you where you are at your fitness level. Specialising in small Reformer group classes, allowing for individual attention and carefully guided movement. Our studio is fully equipped with a complete range of professional Pilates apparatus, creating an environment where clients can experience the full depth of the classical method.
